Imagine J.K. Rowling could give you life advice… well, she does in here.

In 2008, J.K. Rowling addressed the students at Harvard University and that speech was so good that it was published.

Ah, she’s greedy, she’s milking it.

No, all the money made from sales are going towards Lumos, a charity organisation aimed at assisting disadvantaged children.

I picked it up at Bargain Books while waiting for Miks and during that short wait, I had already read most of it. It’s not very long, it was a speech after all, however it’s something I can see myself reading again and again whenever I need it. I know that I will need it.

This beautifully illustrated speech focuses on two things, the power of failure and imagination, both of which we are well aware J.K. Rowling is an expert at.
